Oil & Vinegar is a locally owner store with an innovative and interactive Gourmet Specialty Food & Gift Store. Products made from the highest quality ingredients. As our name suggests, our specialty is our “on-tap” oils and vinegars which consist of only the best quality given our rigorous selection process and long-standing partnerships with only a select few artisan producers around the world. In the stores our customers can taste most any of our product. The personal attention for our customers and the way in which gifts are wrapped, a visit to Oil & Vinegar is a memorable culinary experience.

Established in 2010.
I bought this business 2 years after it was opened. My brother Paul introduced me to the concept and open a store in Oregon. Durning that time I volunteered surnames no the Christmas season With in a few months the previous reached out to me stating they were planning on putting the store up for sell so they could move to Arizona and open a store there…I bought the store August 2012 and the rest is history… : )
