Our bakery is truly passionate about researching, experimenting and blending ingredients to present our customers with the most tasteful combinations our natural resources can provide. We offer many options when it comes to desserts. Macarons, cakes, cupcakes, tarts, cookies, etc. are all delicious desserts you can choose from. We strive to provide the best possible products by using only high quality ingredients. Everything at our bakery is made from scratch. We don’t take recipe short cuts because we believe in quality above all else.

Established in 2016.
Our take-out counter at miFLAVOUR offers always made-from-scratch French-inspired desserts, rich coffee, Ice Cream Macarons and incredible cakes. No other bakery in town so far can say that everything is handcrafted to have that very personal touch. Everything including their hand painted lavender macarons, house made fresh fruit jams, creamy caramel, creme brulee torched in front of you, and every tiny detail of every dessert is hand done by the bakers at miFLAVOUR. Not one macaron is shipped in from another country or state. That means that every time a dessert is purchased at the bakery, it directly supports the employees and their families that reside right here locally in Spokane. This allows Ella and Max to empower their employees to grow in their careers at miFLAVOUR. They all get to do what they love most and still make a living while doing it. Max is the Managing Director and Ella is the Executive Pastry Chef. They are the co-owners of the bakery.
