Our award winning dental team uses the most advanced technology and techniques to create and restore beautiful and healthy smiles. We specialize in family dentistry and provide complete dental care for all ages, including orthodontic care, dental implants, and cosmetic procedures.

Established in 2009.
Dr. Anderson graduated from the LSU School of Dentistry in 2000. Upon graduating dental school, he began working in downtown New Orleans. He practiced dentistry in the CBD (central business district) for 9 years and in August of 2009 opened up Mid-City Smiles Family Dentistry. As Mid-City Smiles Family Dentistry has grown, we have welcomed two additional dentists to our team – Dr. Jessica Tingstrom and Dr. Julio Marin. Over the years our doctors have completed many hours of continuing education in areas such as orthodontic dentistry, including Invisalign® certification. Dr. Anderson is one of the leading Invisalign® providers in the greater New Orleans area. He has also received specialized training for the surgical placement of dental implants. Patients are able to receive complete dental care for children and adults at Mid-City Smiles.

Dr. Anderson is fluent in Spanish. He is a member of both the Hispanic Dental Association and the Louisiana Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. He also does a monthly dental health radio show on the Spanish radio channel, La Mega (107.5 FM).

In 2009-2014, Dr. Anderson was voted by his peers as one of New Orleans’ Top Dentists. His profile has appeared in New Orleans Magazine each year.

Dr. Anderson was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. He is a graduate of Benjamin Franklin High School and received his undergraduate Bachelor’s degree from LSU in Baton Rouge. His father is also a native New Orleanian (in fact, he was born and raised in the Mid-City area). His mother is a native of Havana, Cuba. He is married to Summer Anderson, a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He has 2 sons (Luke and Benjamin) and a daughter (Isabelle). He also enjoys traveling, camping, hiking, and playing/watching most sports especially LSU, Saints, and Pelicans.
