Melrose in the OC, is a Southern California based retailer which specializes in Women’s Fashion clothing, and accessories for all ages and sizes. Founded by Capistrano Beach, California residents Kristina Waisner Sitzmann and her Interior Designer Mother, Marie Waisner, Melrose in the OC is what you might call, the Southlands version of (Hollywood’s Melrose Avenue). Melrose in the OC attracts many customers time and time again because of its unprecedented fashion trends, notable customer service, and prices for today’s economy.

Owner Kristina, started in retail in her mid teens and then in her early twenties quickly became a Fashion Forecaster and Buyer in the mainstream apparel industry. Waisner Sitzmann remarkably got her start with one of the largest buying offices in the United States. During those years Kristina Waisner Sitzmann was responsible for large percentages of select department-stores’ purchases, translating into hundreds of thousands of blouses, pants, sweaters, jeans, shorts and millions of dollars of sales. Throughout this time she spent weeks in New York, London, and Tokyo gaining information for “Fashion”. She launched her first dream store in Laguna Niguel, CA in 2008 then down to San Clemente, CA in 2010.
