Maui Pasta started in 2012 on Maui selling pasta from Patricia and Ron Inman’s driveway, to raise money for a school trip for their daughter. It began to sell so well that they started selling at Farmer’s Markets, and then to local grocery stores and restaurants. By 2014, they had a thriving “mom and pop” business, and by 2015, they opened their own Factory Store and Take-Out Restaurant. Executive Chef Patricia studied in Italy for two years, and was thrilled to share her passion for cooking Italian food with the Maui community, and Ron, an accountant functioned as the business expert. After Ron passed away, Chef Patricia and her new business partner moved Maui Pasta to Scottsdale, AZ as am eat-in restaurant. Patricia has a saying that is important to her and everything that Maui Pasta produces – “If it is not made with Love, it is not Italian food,” and assures that “every customer that enters our establishment will be treated with Aloha!”

Maui Pasta started on a driveway in Maui as a fundraiser for Chef Patricia’s daughter to go on a school trip. It blossomed from there and turned into a store and take-out cafe in 2015. After Chef’s husband and business partner died of cancer, Patricia found a new business partner in Debra Lynch. They moved the business to Scottsdale Arizona and opened a full service restaurant in Early 2018.
