We can even do custom biscotti packages for special occasions, with your choice of color to suit the occasion. In 1989, La Biscotteria’s owner and baker Augustine made the decision to transform his passion for baking into his career. He began baking biscotti the way his grandmother, Nonna Maria, had taught him, and soon opened La Biscotteria as a small wholesale bakery. In 2003, La Biscotteria opened its doors to retail customers as well, inviting neighbors to enjoy the smells and tastes of Italy in the quaint bakery. We are proud of the long history we have had within the community, and look forward to sharing our passion with customers for many more to come.

Angela’s husband, Augustine, is the owner and baker at La Biscotteria. He started the business over 30 years ago, fulfilling his dream of owning his own bakery. He was an architecture and design major in school, and actually ended up designing the La Biscotteria building, inside and out. Augustine and Angela have always placed an emphasis on quality of their products over quantity, and are committed to using the finest ingredients available. They are proud of the great reputation the bakery has earned over the years, and look forward to serving the community for many more to come.
