Kiolbassa is a family owned company that has been in Business since 1949. Rufus Kiolbassa started a meat slaughtering facility in 1949. A few short years later, Rufus died and left the company to Robert Kiolbassa. Robert’s son, Michael Kiolbassa soon joined the team and over the years became the President of Kiolbassa. Since the Michael took over as President, Kiolbassa has become the highest grossing premium sausage manufacture in Texas. Kiolbassa sausage specializes in Beef sausages.
