As a native of San Francisco, Dr. Berd is dedicated to serving his community! He earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of Pacific School of Dentistry with honors for Excellence in Aesthetics and Clinical Dentistry. Dr. Berd was also awarded the The Endowment for Promise as a Dental Educator, and appointed to Faculty at the University of Pacific, where he teaches Dental Anatomy to first year students.

Dr. Berd is passionate about volunteering with Project Homeless Connect, a non-profit effort providing free dental care to San Francisco’s 8,000 homeless. He also donates time to the Community Dental Health Committee of the San Francisco Dental Society, which helps organize Crowns for Kids and Remote Area Medical missions.
