Making croissants and bread in his father’s Loire Valley boulangerie since he was a teenager, Jean-Marc went on to become a French Pastry Chef and apprenticed for four years under a Master Pastry Chef in Chateaubriant, France. Wanderlust brought him to the United States and love brought him to Pittsburgh. Jean-Marc’s product reflects his diverse culinary experience…everything from croissants to croquembouches to authentic key lime pie and the best lady locks you’ll ever taste. Since 1982 he’s been delighting Pittsburgher’s young and old and from all walks of life, united by the belief that desserts should taste as good as they look.
