We are a 38 year old business which specializes in Fresh Louisiana Seafood, both Fresh Seafood from our Market & Cooked in our Restaurant . We also Cater Company Functions, & Ship Seafood Nationwide. We specialize in Crawfish, Crab, & Shrimp Boils, Fish Fry’s as well as Picnics on our Large Courtyard! Our Seafood Gumbo was Voted #1 by the “Wall Street Journal”

We started as a Fresh Seafood Market Called Toups Seafood. Located on Government St. With the growth of our Catering we started Catering under the name “Heads & Tails Seafood”
