HannaH specializes coffee, smoothies, breakfast and lunch sandwiches, fresh pastries and desserts. All pastries are freshly baked every morning and all the desserts are personally made by Hannah.
HannaH was opened for business on April 1, 2009. She always wanted her own little shop, where people can drink and enjoy desserts and just relax. She knew she was going to open up her own place sooner or later, but that time came too soon. For her birthday, her parents offered to help her to set up her own little coffee shop as a birthday gift. She was estatic and accepted! =)

I always loved cooking and baking. I remember in high school, right before our winter break started, I would pull an “all-nighter” and bake all night! Gift wrapped the sweets into a cute decorated box and hand them out to my friends.After high school, I enrolled at the California Culinary Academy and took the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu program. Graduated 2006 and went to do my internship at The Palace Hotel, in San Francisco. I took the baking and pastry program and absolutely loved it.
Then I applied at Sugar Butter Flour. I had so much fun there. The kitchen staff were awesome and I learned alot. I started off assembling and was on the production line. Then climbed up to be one of the kitchen managers and also worked on those extraordinaire cakes.
However, I had to leave to start a new journey. =)
