At Great Harvest Bread Co., we’re dedicated to providing our community with warm, welcoming service and fresh, delicious baked goods each day. We purchase our premium whole wheat from family-owned farms, so we always know where every kernel comes from. We mill our wheat into fresh-ground whole grain flour. Then, we begin measuring, mixing, weighing, kneading, and baking. Understanding the subtle nuances of wheat — what great dough should feel like, how it should bake, and ultimately how it should taste — is what distinguishes Great Harvest products from all the rest.

We opened our Great Harvest in January 2012. We strive to produce fantastic products that will make you say “Oh my gosh, this is amazing!”. We mill our own wheat on site; we use honey as our sweetener, and we bake fresh daily. We offer cinnamon rolls, scones, and other sweets as well as sandwiches food for any time of day.
