Our process is all about quality — we start by using hard red spring wheat from Montana’s Golden Triangle. We mill that wheat into flour every day before it goes into our breads, cookies, and other sweets. Everything is made from scratch, with a baking process that takes no shortcuts. As for passion, not only are we committed to baking phenomenal bread, but we love doing it for such a wonderful community.
