This location was acquired by Good Eats Kitchen on early 2019. Good Eats Kitchen is the brainchild of Executive Chef Boyer Derise. Good Eats Kitchen was created to address a growing demand for fresh, healthful, and delicious meals to-go in South Louisiana. We take the hard work out of eating good with convenient grab & go meals at our multiple retail stores or direct-to-customer delivery.

Boyer has been in the restaurant industry since a young boy. For nearly a decade, he was a Regional Chef Partner for Fleming’s Steakhouse based in Austin, TX. Upon having their second child, Boyer and his wife moved to Lafayette, LA, just north of his hometown of Delcambre. In 2017, He began Good Eats Kitchen “by accident” as he began to cook for family and friends looking for a quality prepared meal alternative.
