We are looking for a long-term relationship with our customers, believing that they will tell their friends and family about us. Get The Picture no longer has a storefront for our customers. We have decide to change the model of the way we do business to reduce cost. We now do all work in your home, which also reduces damage to your devices due to transportation. Our customers get to see exactly what it takes to do the repair and what is really wrong with their unit. So if a decision needs to be made it can be done right on the spot. This has reduces the frustration to our customer on what is going on with the service.
