We specialize in Meat and Seafood. Our providers deliver to us 2-6 times a week. Therefore, everything is kept in great quality. Our seafood comes from different places in the United States and the World. For example, the salmon comes from Canada, the Dungeness crabs and Lobsters come from the bay and sometimes from Canada or Seattle, and some of our shrimps come from Vietnam, India, Malaysia, Ecuador and Louisianian. Our Meat comes mainly from US farmers. Some of our provides are Harris Ranch, Excel Fresh Meats, Farmer John, and so on. Oh, we also get our Goat and Lamb from Australia. We do different cuts of pork, beef, poultry, lamb, and goat. We can also clean and cut any fish and crustacean for you.

Fresh Meat Seafood Market was first established by the Siu family in 1985. Back then, there weren’t many businesses around the area; however, the Siu family saw the opportunity to help the Mission become a vivid street. On January 1, 2016, the Wu family acquired the market from Mr. Siu (Ken). However, Ken didn’t sell the business to a random person. Ken actually wanted to sell the market to someone who he believes would take care of his “dream.” Mr. Wu (Jorge) was the chosen one. Why Jorge? First, he has been working for Ken for many years. Trust has been earned. Second, Jorge has experience managing businesses in Venezuela. Third, yap, he is from Venezuela. He can communicate with his clients in Spanish, Chinese, and English. Fourth, he is not alone. Mrs. Wu, his son and daughter are helping him! You can see us and 3 other employees working at the shop everyday. In summary, we love our community and our mission is to supply quality meat and seafood at an affordable price.
