Fred Meyer Jewelers

Since our inception in 1973, Fred Meyer Jewelers has been one of the most innovative jewelers in our industry. Our original stores, in Portland, Oregon were located exclusively within larger Fred Meyer, multi-department stores. Through the years, Fred Meyer Jewelers expanded into select shopping malls across the country. In the late 1990s, Littman Jewelers became part of our company. Littman Jewelers has been a renowned jeweler on the east coast since 1885. Today we operate our stores under the Fred Meyer Jewelers banner and the Littman Jewelers banner. In 1998, the Kroger Co. purchased Fred Meyer and Fred Meyer Jewelers. Kroger is America’s largest grocer and second largest retailer of any type. Kroger is one of the most respected and honored businesses in America and has been named America’s most generous company by Forbes magazine for its commitment to both national charities and the local communities in which we do business.
