Dr. Dutton was born and raised in Berkeley, CA. After graduating from the University of the Pacific Dental School in 2001, she practiced in Oakland for three years before moving to Redding in 2004. Dr. Dutton chose dentistry as a career because many aspects of dental disease are preventable and certainly treatable. As the oldest of 10 children, she has a lot of patience (especially for those individuals fearful of dental treatment).

In her free time, Franziska enjoys the great outdoors, including hiking, mountain biking, water sports, and rock climbing. She loves playing piano
