Epoch is Richmond’s most exciting Mid-Century furniture store. Our constantly revolving selection includes vintage furniture, Danish modern, mid-mod, retro, and eclectic decor. All furniture and decor is in excellent condition after in-house restoration or complete refinishing. Rugs, lighting, and art complement our vintage furniture collection and allow our customers to view pieces in a tastefully staged mid-century environment. Live edge tables, industrial pieces, mid-century reproductions, and custom design are available by request.

Colena Hammond and Jake Moore founded Epoch in 2013 to provide Richmond with the finest furniture and decor from the 1950s and 60s. The business soon expanded from restoration into custom building and eventually original design. Our full service wood shop in Ashland produces small batch and custom furniture, while our retail space in South Richmond showcases both our vintage collection and original designs. Instead of using a conventional storefront, we stage our furniture in a 1962 tri-level home, which offers the most natural setting for our mid-century pieces.
