Our office makes same-day dental crowns, creates dental bridges, extracts wisdom teeth, treats root canals, and creates custom mouthguards. We also perform cosmetic dentistry: Zoom teeth whitening, porcelain veneers, and Invisalign clear braces.

Dr. Darancou graduated from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. He is committed to learning and maintaining the highest level of dentistry knowledge to benefit his patients. He has taken pediatric sedation courses to help his younger patients to have a pleasant dental experience. He meets with some of the best dentists from the U.S and from around the world on a bimonthly basis to discuss complicated dental cases.

He is a Fellow with the International Dental Implant Association, member of the Foundation of Bioesthetic Dentistry (OBI), American Dental Association (ADA), Texas Dental Association (TDA) and the El Paso Dental Society.

He has dedicated many hours to serving his community and those less fortunate, both at home abroad. He serves as a dentist for a local non-profit organization that provides medical/dental care to poverty-stricken communities of Ciudad Juarez.
