A traditional Mexican panaderia, El Aguila Bakery has been in the Flores family since 1973. Today, the Flores family runs the colorful business, and their life couldn’t be sweeter. From our sweet breads to our tarts to our cookies, we have something to satisfy everyone’s sweet tooth. Our conchas are a favorite among regulars — like all our tasty treats, they’re made from scratch by following decades-old family recipes. We have been in business since May of 1973. All this time is been under the same family. Three generations have been running the business.
