I began creating cakes in 2008, opened up a cake shop in 2011 for 3 years and moved as a City Licensed and Health Dept permitted as a Cottage Food Operator at home since 2014.

Because of her need to be creative, Dot began her professional career as an Interior Designer. She then started a family and decided to become a stay at home mother of two girls. While at home raising a family she started creating custom wedding stationery and enjoying crafts at home with her children. In 2009 she started a new hobby, cake decorating and designing custom cakes for friends and families. After working with fondant cake decorating, she knew she was meant to do this and hasn’t stopped. Dot finally found her passion in cake designing and decorating and looks forward to creating your one-of-a-kind custom cake.
