Hi, im Camila the pastry chef & baker behind dõ. After graduating from Johnson&Wales Univ., studying Baking & Pastry Arts, I worked the restaurant industry for 10 years, working my way up from pastry cook to pastry chef. After years of working this industry I realized I did not want to slave my whole life for someone else; that I wanted my passion, my skills, my ethics to speak for my name. For months I worked developing the concept, doing recipe development, strategizing how I could make this dream come true. When Covid struck, and I was no longer working 10-12hr shifts, I saw this window as the opportunity to launch the project. My goal, is to feed your soul, through the breads I make.Camila V.
