Dirk’s carries at least 40 varieties of fresh fish and seafood every day. If you are looking for special fish for that extra special occasion, please give us a call and we will go fishing for you! We use our own original recipes for more than 20 varieties seafood soups along with homemade salads, spreads, dips and more. There is also a daily selection of fresh, ready-to-cook dinners for your convenience. We even have the freshest fish available for all your sashimi and sushi needs. We have all the accoutrements to roll your own, or come to our monthly sushi or cooking classes. Stop by for a sample!

Dirk has been the fish business for more than 36 years, with relationships with many suppliers almost as long. His wife and partner, Terry, is a phenomenal cook.
