Daisy Delights was founded from Daisy’s passion in baking and cake decorating. Daisy’s first cake classes started at craft stores and have escalated to taking courses from top cake artists such as Ron Ben-Israel, Colette Peters, Mike McCarey, and Kathleen Lange. She’s always on the lookout for new trends in the cake industry and welcomes new challenges.

She’s a local, born and raised in Santa Maria. She returned to the central coast after working in the corporate world using her Business degree from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.

Daisy has competed in several cake competitions. She has won 1st place in Fresno Bee’s Scoopy’s 70th Birthday Cake Contest, 1st place in Fresno Fair decorated cake, decorated cookies, decorated cupcakes, and 1st place in Fresno Fair King Arthur Cake Contest.
