The premises has been a sandwich shop/bakery for many years, we bought the shop with the idea of tunring into a deli which is befitting of the local area.

Coming from parents who were both chefs, I have worked in the food industry from the age of 13, doing various jobs. My previous job was a laboratory manager for 12 years in food microbiology and quality control.

I left to set up my own outdoor event catering company, we travelled all over the country catering at various events in many prestigious locations such as Bleinham Palace, Sandringham and Highclere Castle (Downton Abbey Set) we enjoyed success and decided that we should set up in a perminant base. which became Cranberries
