Beef / pork / veal / lamb products. We have homemade sausage, lunchmeats, and fresh & smoked meats. We cure and smoke our own, and do not add any preservatives, fillers, sugars, or artificial colors. Glutens (barley and bread crumbs) in ONLY a few of our many products. We also do custom made summer sausage, jerky/slim jims, pan sausage & burger from your own boneless wild game meat. We can smoke your deer hams & loins, salmon, turkeys, etc. The owner, Claus Muth, is a master sausage maker with training in Frankfurt, Germany. He has 30 years of experience working with meat.
