We also sell specialty items that we are famous for like Brisket Burgers made plain and seasoned or Jalapeno Cheese & Bacon, Jalapeno Poppers, Beef, Chicken & Shrimp Diablos, PARISA, house made sausages, jerky and dried sausage. We also sell Hoff & Pepper sauces, Tio Pelons salsas, Almighty Spices and Good for Everything spices. We also carry fresh Produce, hamburger buns, tortillas and chips.

I have over 30+ years meat experience, growing up working at my Uncles meat market in Harlingen Texas and then Management and Supervisor roles in my career with large companies. I’ve always dreamed of owning my own meat market. My wife Patricia and I are the owners we have five daughters and live in San Antonio.
