Mateo is the founder of California Connections, a company he started after 15 years of experience in the consumer electronics and construction industries. A San Diego native, and following his studies in electrical engineering, he was fortunate to get his start with a local security company that had a small audio/video division. He worked on new developements in Otay Ranch, Encinitas, Scripps Ranch and Poway at the end of the 90’s. After working for the company for a number of years he left the track home world and started installing systems for high end audio/video retailers in San Diego. Mateo saw how his clients interact with the systems he designed and installed. Making simple operation and eligant design his passion it took him back to school to learn graphic design, Mateo founded California Connections to give his clients a unique custom interface that will wow your friends and exceeds your expectations.
