The Deli at Boise Co-op The Village features made-from-scratch items using all organic produce and grains. Their menu includes hand-tossed pizzas, burritos, sandwiches, a full espresso bar, juice bar, soups, a self-serve hot bar and organic salad bar, sushi, and more. Whether you’re looking to dine in or need a quick meal to go, they’ve got you covered. Vegan, vegetarian, and wheat-free options available.

The Co-op was founded in 1973 by health-conscious individuals searching for nutritious, great-tasting food at a reasonable price.
