We opened in March of 1979, and today we still see new things to work on. Our customers are wonderful to work with. We have had our foam go into space, used in movies- Free Willy 1 & 2, Anaconda, etc. We cut foam for wholesale and retail customers. Cushions, Mattresses, Packaging, Campers/R.V., Custom Cases, you name it and we can usually make it for you. No order is too big or too small. Bring in patterns if needed when you come down. Bob opened Bobs Foam Factory in 1979. However, he has been in the foam business for more than 40 years. He has tried, and failed, to retire 3 times. He loves his work. Loves doing new things. He will try just about everything. He is very knowledgeable about foam and can direct you in the right direction based on what you need the foam for.
