Betty Jane’s Bakeshoppe is a special order bakery that specializes in Weddings cakes, Special Occasion cakes, as well as pies, cookies, and other pastries.

Betty Jane’s Bakeshoppe was bought in 2010 by a Mother-Daughter team, Peggy and Amanda. It was named after Peggy’s mother and Amanda’s grandmother, Betty Jane. Amanda has been a cake designer since 2005 and has made over 2500 wedding cakes. She is know for her attention to detail, clean work, as well as her amazing sculpture cakes. She often will come into a consultation to talk to a bride about design or to sketch a picture. Peggy has been baking since we was a little girl and many of her recipes come from her mother, Betty Jane. EVERYTHING is made from scratch. They never use any pre-made mixes or preservatives in our cakes. They only use real butter, cream cheese, vanilla, eggs, and sugar. No margarine, shortening, or artificial flavorings. Peggy will insure that your cake is not only beautiful, but the most delicious cake you have ever had.
