AJ is a graduate chef of cuisine, pastry, boulangerie, and wine from Le Cordon Bleu Paris. While living and studying in Paris, France, AJ worked the line at top restaurants and a bakery/pastry shop and even worked as an intern sommelier at the historic Ritz Paris.

Combining his love for all things food and beverage (and his love for international travel, experiences and adventure), AJ started BB&B Bread from his studio apartment kitchen during the early days of COVID. There he fried his preordered brioche doughnuts and baked bread until his little bakery grew too big.

He started a Kickstarter campaign to purchase a food truck and successfully met and surpassed his goal with the help of over 400 supporters from around Indianapolis and the world. Today he makes his Stuffed Fried Bourbon Buttermilk Brioche doughnuts and anything else he can think up in the BB&B Bread Truck in his hometown of Indianapolis, Indiana.
