We are German homemade style bakery specialized in variety of baked goods such as soft pretzels, breads, rolls, cookies, cakes, strudels, pastries, and more. Everything is handmade daily and fresh delivered to our customers.

Our bakery has used century old recipes baked in authentic stone ovens to create rye breads of superb quality and flavor. Baking true rye bread is a delicate and lengthy process that demands the finest natural ingredients and painstaking preparation. We do not use any industrial bread mixes and we scale, round and shape all our breads by hand. All our breads are hand-crafted without the use of any preservatives and/or other additives like emulsifiers, and flavor enhancers.

We are proud to follow old-fashion process with finest chemical free ingredients and no preservatives used!
