I bake French Brioches like the kind I grew up eating in France. Brioche is my specialty and I look forward to sharing them with you and your family.

I was born and raised in Cholet, France. I came to California over 20 years ago but I could not find the type of brioche I grew up eating in France. I like to bake, my husband and I love to eat brioches, so I started baking my own. Please give us a try, I am hopeful that you will enjoy them as much as my family and I. No more flying to France required for French Brioches unless you plan to visit the Eiffel Tower. ~ The Brioche Lady ~

I came from France over 20 years ago where I was born and raised. I’ve always enjoyed fine french pastries and bread from pain au chocolate, croissant aux amandes, crepes, baguettes, and so much more. However, my absolute favorite is brioche like the kind I grew up eating in France. I realized these particular type of brioches are difficult to find and I’ve been unsuccessful at finding them. I love baking and as a result, I started baking my own.
My brioches can be consumed just the way they are or you can get creative and do many other things with them. Brioches make the most wonderful brioche french toast, sandwiches, and more.
I bake the original brioche that is unfilled and the filled brioches to include chocolate, cinnamon, purple yam, taro, blueberry cream cheese, and more.
I hope you will give me the opportunity to share my French Brioches with you and your family. I am confident you will enjoy them as much as my family and have for years.
