Established in 2012.
Even though we opened Tech Studio in 2012, my other company, PC Fixer, has been in business for over 15 years. PC Fixer is our onsite specialty business. Now we have a proper storefront to offer our clients an excellent drop-off computer repair experience. Robert Portillo, the owner, has been tinkering with electronics since the 5th grade. In the 7th grade he wrote a non-fiction book on electronics for a school book project. He took many electronics classes in high school and after he graduated he joined the Communication Worker’s Union and worked his way up from an entry-level position to Electronic Technician in 18 months. He later went to college for electronic Engineering and started working on PC computers in 1995.
