Giovanni & Carolina Scordato opened Scordato Bakery in 1996. Giovanni learned his baking techniques from his uncle Peter Sciortino, owner of the famous Sciortino’s Bakery on the east side of Milwaukee. After working for his uncle for over 35 years Giovanni open his own Italian bakery on the south side of Milwaukee utilizing all the recipes learned from his many years as an experienced bakery. Over the last 17 years Scordato has built a name for expectional products and friendly customer service.
