What makes RubySnap unique? We focus on the fresh factor using real parts of fruits & vegetables like roasted butternut squash, steamed carrots, slow roasted white jersey yams, zucchini, and fresh fruits, like strawberries, peaches and freshly squeezed lemons and limes to create the goodness that goes into our dough making, frostings and glazes. We even color our famous sugar cookie frosting using beets to make it pink. We shy away from preservatives, shortenings and yucky stuff that would compromise flavor and goodness. We strive to buy local with exception to amazing ingredients from the equator such as whole vanilla beans from Bali, mangoes and coconut from the Philippines.
