Pataskala Meats

Pataskala Meats strives to do anything a customer would ask us to do. We make custom sausage products if you provide recipe, you can order delicious food cooked in our smokehouse, we have deli trays and provide bulk pulled pork and chicken products, and of course we will custom cut any cut of meat from our hanging cattle and pork in our full production slaughterhouse.

Established in 2015.
Pataskala Meats started on a small farm in Alexandria ohio where we used to sell freezer pork, lamb, and beef. in 2011 we purchased a 5-acre lot in Pataskala to build a facility to serve the community with the best farm food. After 4 years of hard work building the facility, Pataskala Meats officially opened for business on May 16th, 2016

Owner Kirk Hall took it upon him self to build the shop and finance the entire project thru hard work, Kirk has several other jobs including engineer and farmer. Kirk has been farming in the Pataskala area for over 20 years and has many connections with all local farmers which allows him to source all needed local livestock. The business was inspired by the need to bring a real market run by real farmers to the community.
