Established in 1992.
After spending 11 years in Boston, working for an Italian specialty food purveyor and helping build a wholesale pasta business for the owner, Tommy George returned home to Charlotte to open Pasta & Provisions with his wife Debbie in 1992. Pasta & Provisions is a specialty food grocer specializing in fresh pasta, ravioli, sauces coupled with a full deli, wine and beer offerings and full service catering.
