At Old Brooklyn Cheese Company we create handmade cheeses from non-gmo, natural milk provided by Hartzlers Family Dairy. All are crafted and aged onsite. Our retail shop sells a variety of local, domestic, and imported cheeses, cured meats, breads, speciality foods, and all local beverages. Come in to discover and taste new cheeses. We have cheese and charcuterie boards available for sit down tastings at our communal tables. Availability is on a first come first served basis. Reservations for private party’s are available. Michael Januska opened the first brick & mortar cheese shop in Cleveland, OH, in 2016. Old Brooklyn Cheese Co. creates & cave ages a variety of cheeses on site below the shop. Januska now has a Spicy IPA Mustard which he collaborated with Collision Bend Brewing Company, Cleveland, OH. The cheese shop has a couple of large communal dining tables to enjoy cheese & charcuterie boards, sandwiches, local drinks, and melted Raclette dishes. Local, Ohio, domestic, and international cheeses are available. Their cheesemongers are passionate and knowledgeable about cheese. The shelves are well stocked for all of your cheese accompaniments. All sizes and types of cheese boards are available to order for your next small gathering or big event. OB Cheese Co. specializes in creating tiered birthday & wedding cakes of cheese for your special day.
