Dr. Gorczyca built Mallard Family Dental Center (MFDC) on the foundation of teamwork. He strongly believes in the power of working together and having fun while doing it. Dr. Gorczyca deeply values his staff and their talent; he is proud that many of his employees have worked with him for 10 to over 20 years.

James A. Groczyca D.D.S. grew up in Ohio and attended Capital University in Columbus where he graduated with a degree in Dental Science. After he received his Doctorate in Dentistry from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Dr. Gorczyca moved to Boise in 1978 and started his own practice.

Continuous education is also a very important component of MFDC. Dr. Gorczyca and his staff strive to stay current with the latest dental techniques to ensure that patients are receiving the highest quality of care. His passion for dentistry comes from the fondness he has for his patients and the gratification he gets when helping others. Since 1978, he has come to know his patients
