Established in 1998.
Our practice has served the Louisville / Superior / Boulder / Lafayette region since first opening. We were the first practice in Louisville to have digital x-rays, and continue to remain on the cutting edge of innovations meant to make your dental treatment safe and comfortable. Our staff is long-tenured with little turnover, so you can be assured of seeing the same friendly faces each time you come in! Dr. Steve Johnson is our newest addition. Trained at the University of Colorado, he comes to the office with a great personality and exceptional clinical training.

Dr. Michael Israelson is a Boulder native and 6th generation Coloradan. After receiving his dental degree from Indiana University, he returned home to complete a residency in hospital and emergency dentistry at the University of Colorado. Dr. Mike enjoys the relationships created in a family practice, and feels fortunate to work and live so close to home. In addition to providing a full range of dental treatments, Dr. Mike places and restores dental implants in-office. He was recently awarded the Fellowship award in the Academy of General Dentistry. When not treating patients, you can find Dr. Mike in the mountains with his wife, also a Boulder native, and two young boys.
