Liv Breads

Natural sourdough levain, a 30-hour rise, and plenty of hydration come together to create a complex loaf. We are excited to be part of the resurgence of wholesome bread baking across the country. Our breads are available at our bakery and coffee bar in downtown Millburn. In addition to whole loaves, we offer a selection of pastries, buns, healthful grain and green salads, sandwiches, and coffee. We are inspired by our love of travel, experience working in Europe, as well as our desire to bring beautiful food to the area. (Kosher certified!)

We are a local, family-owned bakery grown out of a love of good food and quality service. We bring a little bit of European café culture where boulangeries dot the neighborhoods, to the suburbs of New Jersey.

We offer items you might find in a traditional European bake shop, including whole sourdough loaves, vienoisserie (yeast-leavened dough and puff pastry), with a few Mediterranean surprises coming from our Israeli background.
