And to this day, those passions continue to grow. At our USDA-inspected facility, our fresh, flavor-packed smoked meats, sausages, and jerky start with meat that’s locally sourced right here in Texas. For our local hunters, we also offer deer and game processing — staying true to the art of traditional German butchering. We’re located in the heart of downtown Austin, just down the street from the Texas State Capital. Hudson Meats produces a variety of smoked sausages and meat snacks for food service and retail customers. We also offer processing services to the Texas wild game hunters.
