Susan and Mary started out as caterers and soon discovered a need for quality gluten free products. They began experimenting and selling their wares at the local farmers markets. After 25 years as a pastry chef, Mary met the gluten free challenge and soon the pair needed a retail location where they could sell bakery items and serve meals.
