At Fat City we specialize in providing baked good and desserts that highlight many local ingredients and producers from the New Mexican community. We use traditional techniques to incorporate gourmet flavors into our treats in new and innovative combinations. Order online at our website!

We’ve been providing Albuquerque with baked goods since 2017 through outlets such as the local farmers markets, pop up outlets around town, and our products can also be found at both Humble coffee location’s. We now have our brick and mortar location which has been open since February 2019.

Business Owner
Keith and Jessica are the brother and sister duo that started the family run bakery. They both have a huge love for for food and creating, and after attending culinary school they started the business as an outlet to introduce people to local flavors and ingredients through familiar recipes that people could identify with. Our main drive is to highlight New Mexico’s producers in our products and to work on forming relationships with people in our local food communities to better New Mexican culture as a whole.
