Melanie Frost is part of the ownership team of Ess-A-Bagel and is the COO of the company. The business was opened by her aunt in 1976. Her uncle had a background as an owner of a donut shop in Brooklyn. The two paired their skills and ability to open Ess-A-Bagel, and it’s been a big hit ever since. Melanie has the business savvy and professional ability to run operations for a busy outfit like Ess-A-Bagel, and she applies her skills to ensure that our stores run smoothly every day, making delicious bagels and food and keeping customers satisfied.
