Established in 2014.
Pastry chef Emmeli has been making dessert and cake for the Treasure valley since 1998. In 2001, Emmeli opened Sweet Things Inc. and officially went into business for herself. Sweet Things was closed in late 2006 so that Emmeli could be at home with her baby. Fast forward to January 2014 when Emmeli could reenter the work force to build the kitchen of her dreams and Emmeli’s Cake was born.
