We are a heartful + handcrafted scratch bakery. A modern expression of baking tradition. Our dedicated team churns out batch after batch of the best cookies, layer cakes, cinnamon rolls, and scones in town! Even our signature espresso drinks have love brewed right in!

Erin has been cultivating joy every day since November of 2007, when she first opened the doors to Dolce Bakery. Her goal has always been to create an atmosphere at Dolce where people feel warm and welcome, comfortable and connected. Nothing sets a comfy stage better than the smell of her aunt’s cinnamon roll recipe wafting through the air. While we continue to bake many of our original recipes, cinnamon rolls included, we are always flexing our creative muscles in the kitchen developing new delicious treats. We don’t believe in cutting corners, unless of course, it’s a pan of brownies still warm from the oven. We pride ourselves on our carefully crafted creations and love to provide a joyful service to our customers and our community!
